All of our consultations and operations are done by appointment. This helps us to be as efficient as possible and to ensure that your pets receive the care they require.
We aim to offer the most convenient appointment for you, so please tell us your preferred time and date when you book online or contact us. If you require it, we can usually offer you an appointment for the same day.
If you have an emergency that needs urgent attention, you won’t be required to wait for the next available appointment. In these cases, we ask that you call us to let us know you are on your way; this is mainly so we can ensure we are as ready as we can be, to respond immediately to your pet’s needs. Furthermore, our out-of-hours provider is Vets Now. If you ring your local Celyn practice outside of our operating hours, you will be automatically directed to the Vets Now surgery and offered an appointment at either Colwyn Bay or Wrexham. If any of our patients require urgent treatment, our Veterinary Surgeons will give priority to them. In these circumstances, all the staff in the practice will do their best to keep you informed about what is going on. When this happens, we do ask if you can be patient.
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In these cases, we contact you by telephone to rearrange your visit, so please keep us up-to-date with any changes to your contact information. We appreciate your cooperation in these circumstances.
